Step 1: Screening
We will ask you a few basic screening questions to determine the best way to help you expunge your records. Our app uses this information to be able to determine your expungement eligibility status.
Step 2: Identity verification
We verify your identity to protect your privacy. This is done by confirming the last 4 digits of your social security number.
Step 3: Record analysis
We will analyze your Utah records to determine if your records are eligible for expungement and provide you with a summary of all records along with their status.
Step 4: Legal services
If you are eligible to clear your record, we can serve as your lawyer throughout the misdemeanor or felony expungement process, keeping you informed every step of the way. Our fees are $500 for up to 3 records, then $250 for each additional record.
